We made over 3000 components with varying complexity, up to 1500 pins for a single item. During the library creation we use different CAD’s in order to satisfy Customer’s specific requirements. Each component goes through three-step verification procedure to meet high standards of expertise.

Development of SoM based on Freescale i.MX6 CPU fromscratch, compliant with SMARC standard. We made full cycle ofhardware development, including making schematics design,PCB layout design, testing and verification.We also developed Board Support Package based on the latestversion of Linux, and drivers to support a list of peripheraldevices.

The client required new control unit for meat refrigerationsystem with remote status control and management viaWi-Fi and Ethernet.

The fridge is based on SoM with AM335x CPU on board,which collects and processes data from temperature,humidity and door position sensors.

Within this project our engineers developed both hardware andsoftware for power control unit and general control system of thescalable supercomputer.

Developed solution provides remote control over power system of thecomputer, asset condition monitoring and general control over up to 9compute blades, 18 hard drives, 2 high-speed commutation switches,up to 4 programmable primary power sources. New power supplysystem is compliant with ATX standard. Intellectual air cooling systemcollects and analyses metering values from a number of temperaturesensors.

Set of high-current PCBs designed by our engineers is capable toprovide up to 450 W output power and passage of current up to 90 A.

Designed module is a 10-layer board based on Spartan®-6FPGA with custom form-factor. It serves for automotivepurposes and contains ARM® Cortex®-R4F 32-Bit RISCCPU from TI, SDRAM memory, Ethernet, USB, SD memorycard interface, CAN bus, SPI bus.Design of the module was created in tight collaboration withthe customer, the whole project took about 6 weeks. UsedCAD version: Altium Designer.

The client needed to develop a new control unit for thenext generation of parking system with embedded cash-register machine, TFT-panel, and communication systembetween driver and operator.

Our engineers had defined full range of technicalrequirements, designed schematics and PCB layout, andprovided finished solution based on SoM with AM335xCPU.

Prototype of the board was tested and successfullyrepresented to the client.

Main purpose of the boards was testing samples ofexperimental microprocessors, developed by thecustomer.

We had to prepare layout of four different PCBs formounting either processor in QFN88 package orspecialized adapter for the same type of integratedcircuit.

Within this project we provided the possibility of usingpredefined climatic chamber aimed to control keyoperating conditions during the tests.
