At present I am working as a Supervisor at TAPCO (Taweelah Asia Power Company) under ADYARD ABU DHABI,L.L.C. at UAE from (05.09.2015 to present)

I worked as Supervisor at NNC POWER PROJECT LIMITED, NELLORE under DURGA CONSTRUCTION in India for 2years.from (10.11.2013 to 26.02.2015)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY & KNOWLEDGE:

SUPERVISOR at TAPCO (Taweelah Asia Power Company) : ADYARD ABU DHABI, L.L.C. Company having a 7 years contracting with TAPCO, in

which I am working as an Electrical Supervisor. I am also certified as Authorized Person (Permit Holder) by TAPCO Management. In which I have gained a good knowledge in following Maintenance Techniques.

o PM- Preventive Maintenance.o CM- Corrective Maintenance.

Coordinating with TAPCO Electrical Engineer’s for daily work activities like (CM&PM).

Preparing of Technical Reports of plant Low Voltage, Medium Voltage & High Voltage Motors like RCA, Coordinating with TAPCO Engineer’s and circulating all reports by mail to TAPCO Management.

Attending daily & weakly Meetings for discussion about motors performance, daily breakdowns & failures.

Projecting critical issues to TAPCO Electrical team to make the decision for further corrective action for motors in plant & sending to ADYARD workshop for following jobs :

Coordinating the site issues with TAPCO management & ADYARD Abu Dhabi L.L.C. Workshop.

Plan and directing the work by assigning staff. Supervising daily work and helping the team to complete the job in agreed timeline. Testing of all Electrical motors to ensure safe operation and high efficiency. The

following Testing works like:o No-load & Load run test, Voltage across Phases, No-Load current, Bearing

Temperature, Noise & Vibration. We test and ensure all the safety parameters/ devices are in their place with good

condition like (RTD, BTD, Thermistor, Thermostat & Heater etc.…..) Maintaining team for Greasing of LV & MV Motors in the running condition of motor. Successfully completed 2 shutdowns in the TAPCO Plant, in which I acquired

knowledge how to manage the time intervals for work progress with assigned jobs. And maintained daily Outage Tracking Register sending the work progress reports to

superiors of our company and to TAPCO managements. Reporting and updating Registers like :

o Daily Progress Updating Sheet.o Tracking of critical motors performance and daily updating in excel sheet.o Sending Delay Chat to Management.

TECHNICIAN at ADYARD (MAINTEANANCE OF LV,MV MOTORS )

I am working as an Electrical Technician for ADYARD Maintenance work shop. In which I have gained a good knowledge in following Maintenance Techniques.

o Assembling & Dismantling Procedure of Motors inside Workshop.o Machining Repair, End Cover Dimension, Balancing and testing of Motors. o Greasing of Motors as per Data Sheets.o Painting of Motors with quality checkup.o Material Purchasing : Taking quotes for LV & HV motors materials parts (i.e.

bearings, winding wire chemical substances, oil seals etc.….) and checking the availability of stock and dropping mail for Material Request for procurement department to be follow up for materials.

Repairing the Motor End covers by metal spraying, when the cover loose. TIR inspection for Journal. If the rotor shaft was bend & it was repaired by re-

stubbing method Process. Testing Solo Run for motors and having a note of vibration, Ampere, temperature on

DE & NDE Side. Preparing of Technical Reports of Low Voltage, Medium Voltage Motors & Generators

Coordinating with Clients and circulating all reports through mails. Planning and directing the work to technicians for assigning staff as per manager

instruction Supervising daily work and helping the team to complete the job in agreed timeline. Maintaining of all critical spare parts for motors and ensure the availability of stock &

its record in sheet. Taking permits for lifting of 40 Ton motors for Assembling & dismantling. Maintaining safety precautions to full fill the jobs with team & making success. Reporting and updating Registers like Daily Progress Sheet.

SUPERVISOR at NCC (National Power Project Company) :

Worked under project NCC Power Project Limited for Generation of Power 1320MW :

Under which I worked as Supervisor for DURGA CONSTRUCTION for constructing Flue Cans for Chimney i.e. (A, U, F, E & SS Cans with DIA 6800).

Maintaining 35 technicians at site by giving various types of jobs as per company instruction & Daily need.

I acquired knowledge in plate marking, plate cutting, plate rolling, and as per drawings. I acquired knowledge in maintenance & using of the welding machine, cutting torch set,

grinding machine, pug machine, drill machine& buffering machine. I acquired knowledge on safety precautions and hazards of power tools. Daily making Tool Box Talk and explaining about job hazards to our team. Maintaining daily progress and making ready for quality checking of flue cans and beams

after completing of jobs. Maintaining Daily work tracking register to submit Engineers and Project Manager. Maintaining work force time sheet and work progress.

Checking drawings with plant engineers if having any quires on the drawings
