CEMfl ex VB can be used for all non-movementconstruction joints, horizontally or vertically, up to a maximum water-pressure of 80 meter (8 bar).A resistance against farm slurries according toDIN EN ISO 4628-5 is proven. CEMfl ex VB is safefor use in drinking water according to DVGWWorking Paper W347.Test reports are available at BPA!

Installation made as simple as can be:

• Only 3 cm of concrete cover on both sides are necessary to seal the cold joint.

• Independent of any weather conditions! (rain, snow and sunshine).

• Easy handling since no technical equipment is needed!

• Can easily be placed into the fresh concrete.

• The special coating is non-sticky!

CEMfl ex VB is the result of an elaborated research-and development process at BPA Company, theexperienced partner in waterproofi ng solutions!

CEMfl ex VB elements are provided with a special coating on both sides.

The unique connection of the special coating tothe concrete prevents any water-fl ow through theconcrete construction joint!

Besides the extremely good bond to the surrounding concrete, the special coating on CEMfl ex VB produ-ces a chemical reaction which causes a slight swel-ling of the coating, which then crystallizes and seals without effecting the natural sintering of the concrete.
