Prepares the quality plans for the project and ensuring its implementation. Reviews and develops the quality inspection and testing procedures to meet or exceed the client expectations. Executes the inspection process of the received supplies/ materials to the projects to ensure their quality meets

the desired standards. Co-ordinates with concerned entities within the project on all technical issues to ensure that the phases meet

of 840,000sq ft. Comprising of Mega Steel Structures, Main Building, 2 Major platforms, Helipad, Mosque, 2 Car parks, Fire Station & Staff facility building etc. worth costing 1.75Billion SAR.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Construction of project in conformance with project specification, IFC drawings and approved Shop drawings. Preparing and controlling all construction records and documents.


Develops and establishes standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation. Coordinates with the Engineers representative for every inspection, sampling and testing schedule in accordance

to ITP and technical specification requirements. Prepares necessary documents of proposed materials such as company profile or manufacturer, Brochure, Mill

certificate, delivery receipt and official test results of joint testing and sampling to be submitted to the Engineers for review and approval.

Direct report to QA/QC Manager for every day schedule of work and progress. Carrying out inspection and verifying as per approved ITP’s and checking for correct dimensions, material and
