SAP FIORI Launch pad is role based personalized, real time and contextual aggregation point for business application.
It runs on multiple devices using responsive web design and is deployable on multiple platforms
SAP has invested on FIORI APPs across all industry which enables business to take advantage of amazing user experience right away. FIORI framework is very flexible to enhance the app to fully match user expectation. For those frequently used process for which there is no SAP delivered app available; A Custom Fiori like app can be created to fill the process gap and provide delightful user experience.Further slide has two examples of above mentioned scenarios: SAP Delivered Time booking and approval app with minor
enhancement. Custom developed Project estimation app to fill process
gap.

Time Recording AppTime booking app is used by 900+ user in AVAYA IT team to submit there time.This is SAP delivered app with minor enhancement to match the specific requirement.
Time recording App• Charge code search has been enhanced to provide additional
search criteria.• Additional field added on app provide relevant information.• Work list enhanced to suggest charge code used in past.
Time Approval AppTime approval app is used in standard form without any enhancement.
One application to keep track of VROM, HLE and LOE across IT Portfolio.
Estimate should be integrated with PPM Project for reporting and analysis.
Should be scalable for items relevant for estimation getting added or removed.
Application should be easily accessible on any Device.
Changes on estimate should be traced for auditing purpose.

This is launching screen of the app show total number of project in VROM, HLE and LOE state. On next level it shows number of project having estimation completed, In progress and not started by color red, yellow and green.
*Application Designed from Scratch by GyanSys using SAP UI 5 , ABAP, Odata, and SAP back end . Lead time 6 weeks
Portfolio Status : Dashboard
This screen has list of project in selected stage and status with PTR number, Project name, Description and Total estimated effort.
Key features of dashboard
Easy selection of project in VROM, HLE and LOE stage with single click.
Free text search of PTR and dashboard refresh
Filter of project by color with single click. Project has been distributed in category of estimate not started, estimate partially done and estimate completed.
Project Estimation
Key features of Project estimate AppApplication for estimate can be added or removed without any program change.
Estimation for an application will be restricted to responsible person and can be controlled.
Changes can be traced on the app for auditing purpose.Application relevant for estimation in a project can be decided by Project Admin and only those application will be enable for estimate.
App is build on PPM Application so estimate data can be use with Project for reporting and analysis purpose.
If required these estimate can be plugged with Capacity Planning of Project.
VROM, HLE and LOE are side by side on same screen for reference.
