THE CHALLENGE

The Club required an energy performance solution with guaranteed outcomes that would achieve its energy efficiency goals, whilst maximising return

on investment. The Club needed to remain fully functional, minimising discomfort and disruption for

their patrons, and the owner’s risk.

The Muswellbrook District Workers Club is a major recreation centre servicing communities of the

Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

THE SOLUTION

Energy savings guaranteed to reduce operating costs, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

•  Install 100kW Solar PV system.

•  Upgrade existing HVAC system including air cooled chiller, air handling units and ducted split systems.

•  Replace boiler.

•  Lighting upgrade with efficient LED lamps and fittings.

•  Install Building Management Control System (BMCS).

•  Utilise Hubgrade for a dynamic view of building energy performance.
