These plates are of grained cast iron. They are amply ribbed to minimize deflection under load. The composition of the metal, the depth

and structure of the plate are designed to conform to the deflection limits specified in IS standard

loading condition to be specified by the buyer

Supplied with suitable arrangement for leveling and anchoring

Vertical Turning Lathe Machine

Special features

Casting The Castings of Bed, Table, Cross Rail and Columns are of rigid construction, made with addition of steel and other alloys to achieve the desired strength

Bed It will be of enough deep section braced by adequate number of ribs. Guide ways have ample bearing surface finished on CNC Machine and are accurately hand

scraped to fine limits

Table Table will be of box section with guide ways finished on CNC Machine to bear load & will be of long wearing quality. Adequate numbers of T-Slots are provided to clamp

the work securely.

Columns The Columns will be of rigid box section keyed firmly bolted on the bed and will be capable of absorbing the heaviest possible shocks. Set pins will be provided to help refit

machine accurately after it is dismantled. The matching surfaces of the VTL will be finished on CNC Machine.

Cross Rail Cross Rail will be fixed type Camel type box section heavily ribbed with large bearing surface finished on CNC Machine

Clamping Jaws Machine will be supplied with 4 Nos. Heavy Duty Jaws to clamp the work piece securely.

Electricals Suitable Electric Penal and Pendent Switch Board will be supplied with machine. Electric motor will be of Bharat Bijli /Siemens /ABB or equivalent make. Electrical over

load protection relays will be provided.

Table Drive The AC Variable Frequency Drive will be provided for step less Table Variable Drive of Siemens / Schneider / L&T make. The Contactors and Relays will be of

Siemens/L&T/ABB/ Telemecanique make.

Safety Safety Provision for over load and over travel with proper interlocking arrangement & Limit Switches will be provided.

Lubrication Centralized Lubrication pump for Table sliding surface will be provided. Short Lubrication for other slides will also be provided.
