The Technology is to have water into the part of the gas turbine engine with the droplets of water traveling in a curved – swirling pattern after the combustion section. The biggest interest is with people of Shell / Saudi ARAMCO / General Electric / Siemens. Words heard focus is on electrical generation in combined cycle mode ! 1. years / inventor noted in ten patents.2. What - combined cycle is a gas turbine front with a second turbine behind it. Currently it
is a gas turbine with a steam boiler heated by hot “thrust gas“ of the turbine making steam that goes through a steam turbine. Best efficiency heard 64 %. The invention ( new tech ) is the hot thrust gas has water mixed with said in a form that goes to steam quickly enough so that it enlarges said hot gases volume. The enlarged thrust gas flow makes an extractive turbine turn yielding lower capital cost and higher efficiency. Numbers gave me as improved efficiency fuel in electricity out are +12% gas fuel and14% liquid fuel .
3. When – Now Told Big International Concerns Combined Tech of Patent and Patent pending and confirmed 12- 14 % combined cycle plus. An airplane application gave +30 % !

The obvious is the more electricity out per unit of fuel in. The less obvious is such less dependent on the size of electrical power generation plant, therefore more plants less loss on electrical distribution and a faster start – shut down than that of steam turbine units !

Decision Factors1. Twelve % gas – Fourteen % liquid up in fuel to electricity or mechanical energy output compared to combined cycle now in use. This would reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 12 – 14 % with additional emissions reduction with having less distance from electrical generation to electrical consumption. 2. Low capital cost combined cycle units, smaller and in greater numbers. Shale gas opens that possibility. 3. The efficiency of gas turbine electrical generator units 1 to 400 MW is nearly the same which would greatly reduce electrical distribution losses. 4. Use in transportation aircraft ( + 30 % for inter Europe told to me ), marine , train combined cycle gas turbines. 5. Lighter per KW capacity than internal combustion systems

• Gas Turbine Thrust Fuel Efficiency Enhancement System Water (Volatile) Introduction Arrangement Method and Means
Abstract Additional thrust fuel efficiency is provided for a gas turbine system that includes a first member(s) (e.g., a support for a rotating main shaft) that is attached to a stationary casing. The rotating main shaft is attached to the first member through a bearing. A second member is associated with a rotating member, such as a motor or other rotating part of the main or other shaft. The first member has a flow path in it for the liquid (e.g. water and/or other volatile liquid) and has an opening (nozzle) for discharging the liquid. The second member has a liquid impinging member for generating a liquid spray, droplet, mist optimally, which vaporizes with hot combustion gases that flow exteriorly along the main shaft. In this form vaporization is quick and is less erosive. The volume of thrust gases is increased advantageously and likewise engine boost increases.

Abstract - A lubricating/sealing composition is provided according to the present invention and finds particular use as a lubricating medium in internal combustion engines. According to the present invention, the lubricating/sealing composition comprises a base lubricating oil; a plurality of polytetrafluoroethylene particles; a plurality of metal particles; a plurality of molybdenum disulfide particles; an emulsifying agent and a predetermined volume of water. These ingredients are subjected to an elevated temperature, elevated pressure, agitation and shear conditions to produce the composition of the present invention. The composition of the present invention serves not only to provide lubricating properties but also serves as a sealant which seals any areas of the engine which are prone to leaks and the like.

Welding Inspector CWI – New York City area work full time employment !Welding Inspector CWI / Construction Project Manager / Engineer Employed October 2000 to May 2014 New York City
Department of Transportation - Division of Bridges Construction Project Manager. Recently I have worked on a geotechnical situation ( foundations ) for the Willis Avenue Bridge ( Largest Contract of the City of New York at 612 million with + 50 million cost over run ). Such reflected a background as a dockbuilder member of Dockbuilders LU 1556 / 1456 since 1987 and attending +90% of civil engineering geotechnical ASCE meetings New York area last seven years. Review of drawing of bridges, field inspection of bridges, doing inspection at the facilities that produce heavy welded and bolted steel assemblies for bridges. The projects which are participated in are in the range from 100 million USD to 700 million USD. I was the only American Welding Society AWS Certified Welding Inspector CWI that the City of New York was employing as far as I know.
Concurrent on going work outside full time employment! I participated in professional society events including AWS's -Underwater Welding and Cutting- November 12 2012 "Interactive Wet Welding" presentation to the AWS annual meeting. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia March 2011 I gave a welding inspection daylong workshop and presented a paper at an engineering event! At the ASCE sponsored www.orthotropic-bridge.org event I gave a daylong class in welding inspection for bridges ! , 2008 International Orthotropic Bridge Conference One-Day Workshop, "Welding Inspection of Orthotropic Decks Workshop". As an experienced American Welding Society AWS Certified Welding Inspector CWI I have inputted into the AWS forum online with about 200 separate postings and attended meetings. As an active ASCE Metro section New York City area www.ascesection.org member I attended over hundred evening presentations and about three full day , half day presentations a year since 2006. Last plus twelve years I have spoken Chinese every day at work. Worked in Spanish language in Mexico, Spain etc., and Arabic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for near a year, Norwegian in Norway etc for about six months and worked in the Russian language.
