During that time I was his manager for over a year in the Test and Support Services Department. I found Michael to have a broad knowledge of RF microwave test procedures, equipment, test setup design, custom software and automation. In addition, Michael has a good understanding of the design and system level integration of space qualified microwave components. During his time at COM DEV, Michael was responsible for implementing a new test automation platform developed by our corporate office.
