Sales & Give Technical Solution: Maintaining good relationships with clients for sales promotion. Customer dealing for figuring out their requirements and giving relevant advices.
Customers and Sales Team Support: Recovery of payments, Interface with the Sales and Technical team to ensure that the Projects are executed professionally.
Tender Documents: Design all project proposals, estimates and other relevant documents quotes, budgets, or schedules and Submission of Proposals for various Industrial Automation Equipment.
Performance Improvement: Prepare all pertinent documentation for each manufactured product like user’s manual, installation manual, operations manual and technical reference manuals. Study & analyze customer demands for the Solar home & office systems ranging between 1kVA to 5 kVA.
Site Surveys and Site Commissioning: Perform site surveys, Conduct site inspections to check on work progress and compliance to work specifications. Coordinate & schedule building inspections for solar installation projects including Commercial, domestic & telecom solar power systems.
System Designing According to Client Specification: Design the system as per customer’s backup requirements & Made BOQ for Installation. Supervise & manage the installation process done within certain time frame as committed.
Providing Technical Support and Services to Clients: Update the Software & Application of Inverters, and Inverter Parameters Change, Fault of installed solar PV systems, Detection and Rectification of Solar PV Systems.
Team Management and work Disciplines: Worked with Engineers, contractors & Structure builders on projects from concept / design stages to tender, making sure our products are specified and subsequently used by contractors/industries.
Responsibility: Responsible for handling projects which includes site visits, planning, presenting technical presentation to Technician, technical personnel as well as to non-technical.
