This student accommodation and teaching facility was constructed for Leeds Metro-politan University. The building is notable for its extensive use of Corten steel clad-ding in addition to Sapa’s façade systems.

For this project Sapa Building System devel-oped a modified version of its Confort 125 window and door system. The large win-dows withstand high wind loads and can still be opened and shut by a small child.

Built on a 15,000 square metres plot, the Sisli Plaza building offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bosphorus. To guar-antee its long-term use, it was essential to select high performance building products.
