-It’s a thin plastic strip that holds its position when bent and does not bounce back.

-100% polyethylene; there are no additives or metal wires inside. Its malleabilityresults solely from the way the plastic is manufactured.

Why?

-This plastic is useful when you need shape retention in your product and youcannot use metal. Compared to metal, there are fewer worries about safety andallergies, it is lighter weight, it is not conductive, and it is not detectable by X-rays.
