Offshore Shallow Water The Bul Hanine redevelopment project is expected to double the field’s current production rate from 40,000 to 95,000 b/d and extend the life of the field by over 25 years.. BRESSAY HEAVY OIL DEV. Offshore Shallow Water Statoil announced in Oct-15 that FID for the long delayed project would be undertaken by 2016. However, in Mar-16, due to excessive cost, the project was put on hold again. TRANS-ADRIATIC PIPELINE (TAP) Onshore Pipeline Contractors for the remaining sections of the pipeline will be appointed in Q2 2016. This section will be 360 km long and is expected to be completed in Jun 2018.
