Our company developed environment friendly quicklime digester aiming at the deficiency of quicklime digester before. The process is as follows: lime from the feed opening enters into the environment friendly quicklime digester, and injected water firstly, then begin double helix digesting. This produces a lot of steam containing dust. Environment friendly quicklime digester make negative pressure on water tank through draught fan. Then the exotic steam with dust was entered into water tank through guide duct, and dust will precipitate when meeting water, and steam becomes water when meeting water. The resulting precipitation mixed with exotic water in the water tank and then pumped by the water pump, then add water to quicklime digester. This realize the recycling of wastewater in the dusting and after the dusting, completely solving the problem that low wet dusting utilization percent and secondary pollution.

The steam containing dust was entered into water tank through dusting screen pipe, every screen pipe has a lot of holes. That is steam enter into water through the hole. Therefore enhance greatly the efficiency of dusting. This machine mainly adopts the rotary motion instead of stirring method to digest lime. The digester has sieve pore at the back of inner cylinder, lime blocks digest with water in the inner cylinder. Lime milk return back the feed opening through sieve pore, and then run off from the lower outlet. It has reasonable structural device, easy operating, high efficiency and capacity, land small labor intensity and many other advantage, applying into any kind lime.

The circulating fan will transporting the airflow will go into the powder selection zone which is composed cage rotor and fan blade to select powder in different grade. This makes a inner part air circulating system because of the air in and out of the process of the circulation.
