1. Local and outstation travel needs to be arranged by you.

2. Integration of 3rd Party Tools, Payment Gateway Charges, Bulk SMS Integration will

be EXTRA

3. Any New Additional Functionality will be Charged Extra.

Terms & Conditions

1. Three - months online support after GO-LIVE is free of cost.

2. You need to enter into Annual Service Contract after completion of the Project Free

Support.

3. If you requires extra service efforts to be required for the further customization

(beyond planned),JESTAS INFOTECH will charge as per the estimated customization

efforts (will be provided against request). In such cases you are responsible for

purchase of any related licenses or any hosting related licenses. However, JESTAS

INFOTECH will try its best to utilize the existing ones.

4. For timely off-site support, JESTAS INFOTECH requires access to the database of

application and you has to make the provision for the same. JESTAS INFOTECH will

ensure privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you during the

process of implementation and support.

5. JESTAS INFOTECH shall not be responsible for data discrepancies provided by the

you, during migration of data.

6. After Completion of the Project, Domain, Web Hosting Control Panel with Login

Credentials and Backend Website Admin Panel, will be handover to your Team

Members, After Handover the Project JESTAS INFOTECH Team Members are not

responsible directly or indirectly any misuse of Website or Data.

ASSUMPTIONS :

We need to get the clarification from the Client as below for further assess the Project plan:- 01. Live Telecast 02. Recorded Videos Is Client want to Connect to Live Web Telecast or he want to upload recorded videos ... In Recorded Videos : -Client has to confirm on where he will upload the Videos - In You tube or in his own server ? - if he looking Initially we have to upload Videos in Youtube and we can use the embed link in our website so that users can view video directly. - If Client want to upload Videos in his own server, client should provide UNLIMITED HOSTING SPACE WITH DEDICATED SERVER AND DEDICATED IP OR SHARED UNLIMITED SERVER WITH DEDICATED IP. LIVE TELECAST Client should purchase separate HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR LIVE TELECAST like CAMERAS. This Camera should be installed in Event Location or any fixed place or He has to cover the LIVE TELECAST SHOW connecting with HIGH SPEED INTERNET. We will INTEGRATE AND EXPLAIN ALL THE PROCESS HOW TO CONDUCT LIVE TELECAST. You can see the quotation for recorded videos web application only. For live telecast , will provide the quotation shortly after discussion with the client. Cost of Live Telecast Web Application will cost with minimum 4 Lakhs and maximum as per Client Requirement. PROVIDE EXACT REQUIREMENT SO THAT WE CAN PROVIDE EXACT QUOTATION. THE QUOTATION WHICH IS ENCLOSED WILL BE VARY AS PER THE REQUIREMENT OF THE CLIENT.
