Company Introduction

Shijiazhuang Aier Machinery Co., Ltd. is a large-scale professional manufacturer of slurry pumps, gravel

pumps, dredge pumps, sewage pumps and clean water pumps in China.

All products are mainly supplied to environmental protection, wastewater treatment, urban water supply

and drainage, mine, metallurgy, coal, petrochemical, building material, thermal power FGD, river

dredging, tailing disposal and other fields. The products are selling well in China and sold far to

Germany, U.S., Canada, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Brasil, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia,

Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Poland, South Africa, Tanzania, etc.

Our firm has strong technical force and is specially engaged in the research of abrasion resistant

materials of slurry pumps, sewage pumps and water pumps and the development of new products. The

materials include high chrome white iron, duplex stainless steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, rubber, etc.

We use CFD, CAD method for product design and process design based absorbing experience of world

leading pump companies. We integrate molding, smelting, casting, heat treatment, machining and

chemical analysis, and have professional engineering and technical personnel.

Our company started to build our new factory in 2013 and finished in Spring of 2014. The new factory is

located in Lincheng Xingtai Hebei, covering 67,000 m2 and of annual design annual casting capacity

3,000 tons. In the new factory, we can produce different parts from small to huge. Casting & machining

orders are welcome as well.

Pump Introduction

WA series are cantilevered, horizontal, natural rubber or hard metal lined centrifugal slurry pumps.

They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power,

building material and other industry department.

Typical Applications

SAG mill discharge, ball mill discharge, Rod mil discharge, Ni acid slurry, coarse sand, coarse tailings,

phosphate matrix, minerals concentrate, heavy media, sugar beet, dredging, bottom/fly ash, lime grinding,

oil sands, mineral sands, fine tailings, slag granulation, phosphoric acid, coal, flotation, process chemical,

pulp and paper, FGD, cyclone feed, etc.

Features

The frame plate for WA series pumps has interchangeable hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners.

The impellers are made of hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners.

The shaft seals for WA series can be packing seal, centrifugal seal or mechanical seal.

The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight

positions to suit installations and applications. There are many drive modes for option, such as V-belt,

flexible coupling, gearbox, hydraulic coupler variable frequency, silicon controlled speed, etc. Among them,

the flexible shaft coupling drive and V-belt feature of low cost and easy installation.

Construction Design

Casing

Split casing halves of cast or ductile iron

contain the wear liners and provide high

operation pressure capabilities.

Interchangeable hard metal and moulded

elastomer liners

Impeller

The impeller may be either moulded

elastomer or hard metal. Deep side

sealing vanes relieve seal pressure and

minimize recirculation.

Cast-in impeller threads are better suited

for slurries.

Mating faces in hard metal liners are tapered to allow positive

alignment during assembly and allow components to be easily

removed for replacement.

Transmission Module Design

Large diameter pump shaft, cylindrical

Construction of heavy load, metric

Shaft Bearing Assembly

A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes

deflection and vibration.

Heavy duty roller bearings are housed in a removable

bearing cartridge.

Pump Base

Fasten the pump in the base with a minimum number of bolts

and adjust impeller in a convenient position below the

bearing housing.

Water proof cover prevents leakage water from flying.

GRJ Mechanical Seal

Pump Introduction

In order to meet the requirements on the development of the electric power, metallurgy and coal industries,

our company has designed and developed WG(P) Series up-to-date general slurry pump with large capacity,

high head, multi-stages in series to remove ash & sludge and to deliver liquid-solids mixture, based on the

experience of slurry pump design and manufacture for many years, and abstracting the research results of

advanced technology from home and abroad.

Features

CAD modern design, super hydraulic performance, high efficiency and lower abrasion rate;

Wide passage, non-clogging and good performance of NPSH;

Expeller seal combined with packing seal and mechanical seal have been adopted to guarantee the slurry

from leakage;

Reliability design ensures long MTBF(mean time between events);

The metric bearing with oil lubrication, reasonable lubricating and cooling systems ensure the bearing to

be operated under low temperature;

The materials of wet parts have good performance of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion;

The pump can be used for seawater ash removing to prevent it from the corrosion of seawater, salt and mist,

and electrochemical corrosion;

The pump can be operated in series with multi-stage within permissible pressure.

The pump has the advantages of reasonable construction, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy

maintenance. It can be widely used for handling the mixture contained of abrasive and corrosive solids in

electric power, metallurgy, mine, coal, constructional material and chemical industry departments,

especially for removing ash and sludge in electric power station.

WG slurry pump is of horizontal, single stage, single suction, cantilevered, double casing, centrifugal

slurry pump. The pump rotates in clockwise viewed from the drive end.

The wet parts of WG and WGP pump at the same outlet diameter can be interchangeable. Their outline

installation dimensions are the same as well. For the drive part of WG(P) slurry pump, the horizontal split

frame with oil lubrication and two sets of water cooling systems inside and outside has been adopted. If

necessary, cooling water can be supplied. The prepared joint for cooling water and the pressure of the

cooling water can be see in the table 1.

Two kinds of shaft seal – expeller seal combined with packing and mechanical seal.

The mechanical seal supplied with high pressure sealing water is recommended when the pump is

operated in series, and the expeller seal combined with packing is used in single-stage pump.

The water pressure and amount of all kinds of shaft seal is as follows:

1) Sealing water pressure

For single-stage pump with expeller seal combined with packing, the water pressure of the shaft

seal is 0.2-0.3 Mpa.

For multi-stage in series operation with the expeller seal combined with packing, the sealing water

pressure should be: The lowest sealing water pressure of n stage = Hi + 0.7Hn Where: n ≥2.

For mechanical seal, the sealing water pressure of every stage of pump is higher 0.1Mpa than the

pressure at the outlet of pump
