Offline Engineering The engineering process is done offline to
increase productivity and drive costs versus using valuable hours on the floor.

Control Plan Customer-provided print is used
to develop control plan to fit customer needs.
High-Density Workholding Using fixtures allows us to machine multiple parts in a single operation so we can:
• Reduce setups • Reduce tool changes • Reduce rapid distances • LOWER YOUR COST!
Example (milled and drilled block): Went from 13 pieces an hour (prior to high-density workholding) to 70
pieces an hour
High-Density Fixture Design All fixtures are designed with SolidWorks and built in house to improve design and shorten
lead time.
Programming Mastercam is used to create the program to machine the part.
Simulations The machining process is proved using simulations to optimize cutting paths and
proactively avoid errors that waste time during setup. Once successfully completed, the part is ready to be machined.
