Road Marking Shoes:

The high-precision marking hopper is made of special alloy finishing. It has good thermal conductivityto ensure that no deformation in use.

wear-resistant than gray cast iron.2. The edge of knife: special carbide blade, more wear and prolong life.3. Rear blade plate: 40-chromium (gifted of steel, spring steel), more resistant to heat and not easily

deformed in order to seal and no leakage of material.

Structure:1. Precision testing: all of the shoes will have a 24 hours of oil testing before delivery to ensure

that no leakage of paint.

Glass Beads Dispenser:

The manual glass beads spreader control the gear clutch through the steel wire. All the spread orstop,and the spreading width and speed can be adjusted flexibly according to the actual needs.

One-pass design is adopted in the transmission system to make the glass bead spreader stop workingwhen the equipment is moving backward, in order to reduce friction and extend transmission systemlife.The unerring locator ensures that the equipment to keep straight. Natural rubber wheels have theadvantages of wear resistance, high temperature, low friction, and high flexibility.

Warnnig Tips
