Museums, libraries and archives are using technology in a huge variety of creative & innovative ways.

We are increasingly generating content capable of holding its own against the best consumer offerings.

The purpose of the Culture Grid is to advertise this content to mainstream audiences, and to drive them to your sites, by working in partnership with established media providers such as the BBC and Google.

The Culture Grid is just infrastructure – it has no website, mandates no particular standard (although OAI would be nice) and has no view on the quality of the content.
