How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

Part four

Camera-Construction Stage

This was the first time we went out filming in my group. I did half the filming with my group member Christie as we wasn’t going to be in the video at all. We would all check before filming to check the shot is alright and what we had planned.

small and easy to use. We was able to take them from location to location easily.

We then had to use a picture camera for taking photos of Scarlett for the digipak and the magazine insert. The camera had different settings to the filming camera and it was my first time to use it.

Editing Machine- Construction Stage

I used the editing machine to cut in all the shits we took. We had to get the song we was using first to be able to sync in all the shots into place. I have used the editing machine before so it was easy to use but overall it is a easy machine to use. Me and my group took it in turns to all do a fair share of editing.

Camera- Construction Stage

The camera we used was a H-d one so our music video was the best quality. We did have a mess up of using two camera in which we had to re-film all footage we had done in the lower quality camera.

Computer- Planning & Evaluation Stage

I also used the computer to use windows PowerPoint to use as a way of presenting my work.

I used the computer for the internet for my planning and evaluation stage of my media a-2 project. The main websites I would use was Blogger, Prezi, YouTube, Facebook, Slideshare.

I used prezi a lot to make my blog more interesting

Overall

I used technology through out my whole media project. I used the internet mostly for the research stage to look at other pop videos. I used the internet as well for the presentation of my work and to upload it all to blogger. I wouldn’t of been able to do my work for my a-2 project without the use of technology and that was a eye opener to how much I relied on technology.
