Gordon Ramsay Launches Production Studio

The popular TV personality will develop and produce both scripted and unscripted projects via Studio Ramsay.Gordon Ramsay’s empire is expanding.

The TV personality and producer behind MasterChef and Hell’s Kitchen has launched his own banner as part of a new joint venture with All3Media, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Through his new Studio Gordon Ramsay , the TV vet will develop and produce both scripted and unscripted projects. Ramsay’s first venture into scripted programming will focus on food-related themes as well as developing new talent around the world. The new joint venture comes after Ramsay signed a new two-year overall deal at Fox in August.

The U.K.’s largest independent TV, film and digital production and distribution company, All3Media has previously collaborated with Ramsay on Kitchen Nightmares, which ended in 2014. Objective Media Group CEO Layla Smith will work closely with Studio Ramsay in the U.K., while All3Media CEO America CEO Greg Lipstone will work with the company stateside.

During his recent tenure at ICM as head of international television and media, Lipstone was involved in packaging both Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen.

“We really look forward to continuing our relationship with Gordon, working alongside him as he establishes and grows his new production company, Studio Ramsay,” All3Media CEO Jane Turton said in a statement. “He is a world-class talent with a phenomenal record of hit TV series.”

Added Gordon Ramsay: “I’m really excited about this new venture, giving our team the opportunity to expand creatively on a global scale.”

In addition to his long-running Fox reality shows, which also includes spinoff MasterChef Junior, Ramsay recently executive produced Bravo’s Best New Restaurant. He is repped by CAA and attorney Michael Thomas.

All3Media America’s slate includes such unscripted series as CBS’ Undercover Boss and USA’s Chrisley Knows Best. In 2014, its parent company was acquired by Discovery Communications and Liberty Global in a deal worth more than $900 million.
