Some of the most successful films every to be made was made by 20th Century Fox. These are Avatar, The Chronicles of Narnia and Star Wars.
The majority of well-known popular and successful films that this institution have created are Comedy and Family genre films. Some of these movies are Alvin and the Chipmunks, Doctor Do Little and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.

Some films Warner Brothers has created are Batman, House of Wax, The Matrix, Million Dollar Baby Slumdog Millionaire and Under Siege.

Warner Brothers are devoted in making a vary of films to suit the different types of audience that Warner Brothers have.

Compared to 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers have produced more well-known and successful films over the years. This is because 20th Century Fox focus on the genre that produce more money or are more successful for example comedy/fantasy/family which on the other hand Warner Brothers experiment with different genres to attract a wider audience.

Its founder was from Vancouver who was called Frank Giustra Lionsgate is the most commercially successful independent film and television distribution company in North America.. They produce television programs, home entertainment and family entertainment.

Some of the film Lionsgate have produced are Saw 3D, Saw 1/2/3/4/5/6 and The Last Exorcism. The majority of films that Lionsgate make are similar genre. These genres are Drama, Action and Thriller.

Lionsgate have only successful horror films the last 5 years and they have not produced many at all. These films are listed above.
