Happy Birthday Bruno

We decided to conduct a street birthday party

Involved approaching random people in the street and singing happy birthday at themHad props of balloons, a banner and party bags

We did it along Hubert road

We gave them all a gift of chocolate at the end

Reactions Everyone was quite startled

but found it humorous Seemed to spread happiness

to those we sang too First person knew some of

the group so found it amusing and knew it was for this module

Second guy found it very funny and joined in singing at the end, said we made his day

Third guy was more startled and wasn’t sure how to react

Reactions ctd. Fourth was two guys who smiled for

pictures and seemed to be cheered up by what we did

Next was a big group of people who were very happy but confused by us singing at them

We then sang at a girl who said ‘but its not my birthday’ the guy walking behind her found it very funny

The last one was three guys who looked quite surprised and not very impressed but still took a chocolate

How we felt Felt awkward at first After a few people it was just

funny Easier as we weren’t in

minority We were the ones who had

the power, but still knew what we were doing wasn’t normal

We expected more people to keep walking past us and not stop and let us sing at them, we think this may have been due to our friendly approach not just running and yelling at them
