2. Another camera technique we used is a close up shot, this was a shot that wecompleted in the preliminary task and inspired us to use it numerous times inthe opening scene. Using close up shots helped focus on certain points ofthe character, this really helped gain attraction from the viewers as the quickediting of the close up shots created mystery and interest. We feel thereason for this was as the whole identity wasnt shown straight away, makingthe main character gain more attention as audiences had to wait to see thefull identity. Focus shot was also used on her mobile phone which is animportant focus point as that was a tool to introduce the charactersaggressive nature, this was instantly shown when the character was on thephone speaking in angry manner and tone. 3. Mid shot Long shotDoing the preliminary task helped my group get organised, it helped usevaluate how to plan before filming. By doing the preliminary task helped usrecognise are strengths and weaknesses, for example we were good at theactual filming but as a group we found we were unprepared when to add certainshots and unclear about location. When it came to the actual opening we wereable to discuss first hand and complete a storyboard, this way we had a plan togo by before we even filmed knowing exactly what shot and when. It alsohelped us understand how to film certain shots like match on action and closeup, as you can see from following slides, it really influenced us to add these inare final product cause we had first hand experience of the positive effect onfilming.
