CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD OTTAWA NAMED EXCLUSIVE SUBLEASING AGENT FOR 150 SLATER STREET BY EXPORT DEVELOPMENT CANADA Monday, January 24th, 2011 - OTTAWA Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa, the local affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield, the world�s largest privately held global real estate services firm, has been named the exclusive subleasing agent for 150 Slater Street by Export Development Canada. Under this assignment, Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa will be responsible for subleasing approximately 80,000 square feet of office space at 150 Slater Street. 150 Slater Street, currently under construction, will be the new headquarters of Canada�s export credit agency and will total approximately 480,000 square feet of new development in the heart of Ottawa�s Central Business District.
