~Making dowels & Make baby pink color & Painting dowel~ Thursday 05/05/11

Today I did making dowels. It takes long

time, because there are 20 dowels. But I

finished painting dowels for this one

period. Before paint dowels, I need to

make baby pink color that same as pig’s

face and back color. Emotion- it was hard

to make same color as pig’s face and

back color. Also yesterday Mr. Anderson

said I don’t paint edge of dowel.

Because I am going to use glue to stick

together, but if there is paint and use

glue. It doesn’t work. So today I cared

about this, and I paint dowels. it looks

good. You can see the last picture of

dowels.

Next

I need many small wood ball. So I

bought many ball. I will sand that ball

and paint it. If I finish that will do

needlework for making pig’s nose. i

need to bring my sewing kit. I already

have pink and skin color felt. For pig’s

nose, I don’t need to worry. We have 2

periods of dt next class. So if I finished

making pig’s nose, then I will get

plastic eyes by mr. Anderson and stick

on to the pig’s face (also Pig’s nose)!

I am risk taker for this project, because I am making different style of

toy as others. Many people making same style of toy. Like wheels

rolling toy, rocking toy. My toy is rolling toy, but different style as

others. Because my toy has 20 dowel, and the pig’s face and pig’s

back are instead of wheels. But its not showing that is Wheels.
