Costumes
I decided that Lauren is supposed to dress in
bohemian and retro clothes so things like baggy
sweaters and polka dots.
I decided this because I thought it suited her
personality.
I chose to have George wear generic clothes for a
boy. He mainly wears chinos and tees/polos. The
reasoning behind this was that he is just an ‘average
joe’. He is supposed to be a character numerous
people can relate to.
Lauren’s Costume
The reasoning behind this costume is that
her sweater is a range of colors and a bit
baggy as she doesn’t wear things that are
form fitting as her character is generally
comfortable looking and somewhat
bohemian
I chose this costume because it is girly as
there is pink but it is also quirky as there is
the polka dot sweater and the heart skirt.
Yet again, this outfit is for comfort as that
is something her character values.
George’s CostumesI chose this outfit because it’s a standard outfit for a boy as he is a stereotypical English boy. He has mismatched socks because he is supposed to appear fun as well.
I chose this costume because it is similar to the other as it’s a nice pair of trousers and then another stereotypical boy costume in the swaters.
