The photography used in this picture is a medium close of different bands which people think are great songwriters ans has a contrast of style of scruffy and neat which is a contrast of the band and tells the genre of the band they are versatile and shows the genre as indie the layout is very well used as it has a lot of information on the first third and is very simple but tells all you need to know and used colour for the main point to stand out which I like as it is very simple but will still make the reader what to buy it and read more. the design is very well done telling the reader what will be in the magazine and the colours used stand out and the picture is overlapping the name of the magazine which I like, the main lead of the cover is very big and global and lots of people may disagree which will make the readers pick it up. the attitude this magazine cover gives is serious asking serious questions not a lot of bright colours.

I really like the photography used in this contents page has a long shot of Elton john which is a well known singer and the picture of the heart behind gives off his personality and links in with most of his music and the lead singer of the streets is added on overlapping some of the main picture and the picture links in with the front cover. The layout is very well used there is a lot of information given but doesn’t look to cramped or too much I like the list of all the main important things that will be in the magazine and added picture so its not boring and have highlighted the main words in the list to attract attention from the readers. the design is used well there isn't a lot of colour and the little bit of red and blue that stands out and make the reader look and read ahead the red is only used on the important bits of info and the page numbers the attitude looks a bit serious but still interesting and involves a lot of genres and different bands

I really like the photography used in this as it has a lot of different band members from different ages of music and the same kind of genre but how it has changed over the years it has four medium close ups and a low angled medium shot making him look more important than the others

The layout is very simple the writing revolves around the different band members which makes them centre of attention and makes you compare them with each other. the design has a significant style and colour black and white as most of them are old singers and links with the age and time the style links in with the different artists and the colour used stands out the important bit and the parts where you can get involved.

The attitudes given off are very respectable as it has a lot of well known popular singers which most of them are dead and will make the reader want to read and make them think as it involves the audience
