1. You get to add one muscle to your stick men.

There are nine muscles to add in total Biceps ×2 Forearms ×2 Quadriceps ×2 Calves ×2 and finally the 6pack

But get question right ..

A person wins the game by being the first to fill up all their muscles on the board.
