Morning: Waking Up With a Ninja

1)Brushing Teeth: Hot Water

Turning on hot water releases Asbestos.The heating of the water in the water heater produces the Asbestos.

STOP

Solution

Use warm water instead/ turn water off when not using it.

2)Takes a Shower: Forms soap scum &hard water (from the use of shampoo, soap, and hot

water) • Hard water and soap

scum produced by the chloroform, caused by using hot water which releases asbestos, combined with Para-dichlorobenzene caused by using shampoo and soap (Head and shoulders, etc.)

Solutions:

• Scrub shower/tub after use to avoid soap scum and hard water

• Use eco-friendly shampoo (Banana Shampoo) and soaps (skinnyskinny soap)

• Take a quick shower /try to use warm water instead/ turn off water when not in use.

3)Choosing outfit and getting dressed (clothes)

• Shaking and moving of the clothes releases Para-dichlorobenzene and Tetrachloroethylene

Solution:

• Filter home frequently and avoid indecision as much as possible .

4)Turns on Stove and Cooks Breakfast

• Turning on the stove releases particulates

Solution:

• Filter home frequently

5)Sits down on couch and eats

• when sitting down the fabrics of the furniture it releases aldehyde

Solution:

• Clean fabric on the couch frequently

6)Washing dishes:

• Using hot water releases asbestos which also produces chloroform.

• Use warm water • Clean sink after washing

the dishes.

7)Taking a Dodge Viper to Ninja Academy alone

• Exhaust releases carbon monoxide.

Solution:

• Create a carpool or drive a non-gasoline powered car such as a hydro-powered or solar-powered car like a Nissan leaf.

Mid-day: Ninja Academy

1)Taking notes and reading text book over ancient ninja history in class.

• The pages in the book releases aldehyde.

STOP

Solution:

• Have a teacher who can teach instead of teaching self with textbook.

2)Practice Calligraphy and art in class

• The ink and paint produces methylene chloride.

STOP

Solution:

• Use pen or pencil instead

3)Bought lunch in Styrofoam box and cup

• CFC’s (chlorofluro carbon’s from the styrofoam)

STOP

Solution:

• Bring lunch from home in reusable containers and bottle.

Evening : A Ninja’s Spare Time

1)Drove away from Ninja Academy with a Dodge viper

• The exhaust releases carbon monoxide.

STOP

Solution:

• Drive a non-gasoline powered car like a Nissan leaf

2)Fought some crime with fabric gripped nunchucks

• Because of the fabric it releases aldehyde when in use.

Solution:

• Use leather gripped nunchucks

STOP

3)Came home uses the fire place

• The fireplace when in use releases benzo-a-pyrene and carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide.

Solution:

• Frequently clean fireplace
