The British Government made the relatives of the dead soldiers pay 1 penny per letter for a message on the gravestone. Therefore many do not have a message other than their name, or if their name is not known, then it only states ‘Known unto God’. Those who do not have a grave are only remembered

Your task is to create a memorial that is specific to your soldier, include their background and their family, and where they are remembered today and why.
