WORKING TITLE:

Death Entices Us

KEY CHARACTERS:

Singer: 18 year old girl with mid length brown hair and brown eyes.

Lead Guitarist: 19 year old girl with black hair and a nose piercing.

Rhythm Guitarist: 19 blonde spikey hair.

Bassist: 17 year old boy with short dark curly hair and green eyes.

Drummer: 18 year old boy Short dark hair.

The Girl: Jasey Rae. 17 year old girl with dark hair. Loud and brave. Wise beyond her years.

BASIC PLOT SUMMARY:

A group of older teenagers are in a rock band together. However, all is not what it seems as this band’s name, “Death Entices Us”, is more literal then metaphorical as they work as a group to murder young women who come to there shows.

One fan finds out the dark nature of the band and makes a stand to protect her friends. The youngest member of the group of psychopaths begins to fall in love with her and must kill all his friends to save her life. Sadly the truth comes out and the young man is arrested for his crimes and sent to prison. Torn away from his love forever.

BASIC OUTLINE OF THE TITLE SEQUENCE:-Starts with a shot of a dark doorway. Title appears across the doorway. The sounds of a girl screaming can be heard...

(Our song starts to play, the band is playing it)

-...Fades into the screaming of a crowd. The band is playing.

-Cuts back and forth between the show and them practicing. There are shots of teeth on top of amps etc...

-A mosh pit to the music.

-The show finishes and they walk of stage (our song finishes)

-The band head backstage. As they walk all in the corridors turn and hide away from them.

(heart beat type music plays in the background. Also whispers of the chorus of the song.)

-They open the door and the girl is handcuffed in the corner crying.

-The door shuts and there is silence as the screen fades to black. (one last whisper of “Death Entices Us”)

INSPIRATION TITLE SEQUENCES-

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World- This includes a band playing the titles music as the text rolls by.

Dexter- The contrast between normal things such as band practice (making breakfast) and aggressive things, mosh pits (blood splatter).
