Dispersion Models
Incorporated the latest modeling algorithm of continuous buoyant plume/stack release type in the AFTOX model to align with U.S. EPA AFTOX
Added a feature to allow AFTOX to output maximum concentration at a specified height and time
Implemented a function to transfer the Source Term Wizard evaporation pool calculation output to AFTOX model
Fixed the U.S. EPA AFTOX bug regarding maximum concentration at given height and time
Increased the calculation resolution to improve the accuracy of maximum distance calculation for specific Level of Concern (LOC), which is a bug in the U.S. EPA AFTOX
Disabled incorrect grid and discrete receptor concentration in DEGADIS model
Updated DEGADIS summary results based on the output file to include maximum concentrations at centerline downwind distance
Enabled the capability for INPUFF model to execute properly on Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
Added maximum concentration contour and steady state concentration contour of SLAB results in BREEZE 3D Analyst

Bug Fixes:
Fixed map User Interface error caused by map control register problem in the Tatuk control library
Fixed a bug that prevented AFTOX to run successfully when using observation met data
Fixed a bug that caused incorrect stability parameter calculation in the AFTOX model when using observation met data
Fixed a bug that displayed a different evaporation rate in the AFTOX summary file as compared to the User Interface evaporation rate
Fixed a bug that used an incorrect unit for vapor cloud explosion in the TNO Multi-Energy model
Fixed a bug that caused the loss of the distance message when using the ruler tool in the Map Tab
Fixed a bug that caused low image resolution when copying and saving an image in the Map Tab
Fixed a bug that caused the object label displaying function in the Base Map Tab to not work properly

Known Issues:
Users have to manually input multiple meteorological datasets for the INPUFF model
Users have to currently input maximum surface emissive power for pool fire in the chemical database
Maximum emission rates calculated in the Source Term Wizard are conservative
The tank source in the Source Term Wizard does not consider leaks through pipes connected to a tank
