EPA Fines Wyoming Welder $75,000 A Day For Building A Pond

On His Property

Here is Gina McCarthy, the head of the EPA--Environmental Protection Agency. Here too is

King George III of England during the American Revolution. And to the bottom is small

pond which Andy Johnson built on his eight acre farm in Wyoming which he filled with

crystal-clear water, bringing in brook and brown trout, ducks and geese. It was a place where

his horses could drink and graze, and a private playground for his three children.

Mr. Johnson followed all state regulations and secured all state construction permits which

the governor of Wyoming himself testifies too. Stock ponds are exempt from the Federal

Clean Water Act. But Gina McCarthy wants to fine Mr. Johnson $75,000 per day without

even benefit of appeal or a hearing.

Gina, in a nation where the president of the United States has personally ordered the murder

of U.S. citizens without benefit of due process or any evidence whatsoever or any indication

of wrong doing--in such a country as that --you might just be able to get away with your

actions. According to one former University of Chicago law professor of Constitutional law,

the U.S. Constitution is whatever Congress or the president says it is on any given day. After

all, "that is the right thing to do for the American people."

Good luck with that Mr. President. And Gina, good luck to you too.
