Geothermal energy power can be obtained by harnessing the heat inside the Earth.

The interior of the Earth is hot and the temperature increases with depth. Sometimes the hot water rises to the surface or as vapor , such as geysers or hot springs, used since the Romans.

Currently, the progress in technology allow drilling and pumping exploit geothermal energy in many countries.

• Luckily, geothermal power is increasing a lot nowadays.
