DYNAMIC BALANCING:
Unbalance is measures and reported in two ways. One is a measure of the effect of the
vibration and the other is a measure of the heavy spot. The vibration Measure is used in
fieldwork and embodies the speed characteristics of centrifugal force effects. Infield
balancing rotors runs at their own operating speed, with minimum disassembly. A basic
requirement in place balancing is that the rotor has to be accessible to make corrections
VIBRATION MOTORING/ANALYSIS SERVICES:
The most commonly used method for rotating machines is called Vibration
Motoring/analysis. Measurements can be taken on machine bearing casings with seismic or
piezo-electric transducers to measure the casing vibrations, and on the vast majority of
critical machines, with eddy-current transducers that directly observe the rotating shafts to
measure the radial (and axial) vibration of the shaft. The level of vibration can be compared
with historical baseline values such as former start-ups and shutdowns, and in some cases
established standards such as load changes, to assess the severity

The BASELINE Vibration analyzer cum balancing 5050 is a very powerful instrument for

ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTOR
Ultrasonic testing techniques that can detect common and uncommon discontinuities caused

It is a precision Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
Reading Resolution of 0.01 mm
Ultrasonic thickness works by precisely measuring how long it takes for a sound pulse that
has been generated by a small probe called an ultrasonic transducer to travel through a test
pieces tubes, plate, rod etc. and reflect back from the inside surface or far wall. From this
measurement, the thickness of the test piece is calculated and displayed on a digital screen.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION
For Detection of Surface and Subsurface cracks
Magnetic particle inspection is often carried out to help determine an item’s fitness for use or
conformity. This quick and relatively easy to apply technique is widely used in all industry
sectors including aerospace, automotive, petrochemical, structural steel, and power
generation to inspect a variety of products and equipment such as engine, suspension and
braking system components, castings, forgings and weldments.
The method can detect surface or near-surface flaws such as cracks, laps, seams and
inclusions in ferromagnetic materials such as iron and steel. One of the main advantages of
magnetic particle inspection is that it can give an immediate indication of defects and
discontinuities.

If Contractor fails to perform the contract within the stipulated period as mentioned above from thedate of WO, contractor shall pay to OCCL as Liqudated Damages, a sum equal to 0.5% of the estimated basic price per week to the ofmaximum 5% of the basic order value (basic price exclusive of taxes and duties)18. Without prejudice to any of its legal rights, OCCL shall have the power to recover the said amount of compensation/damage of thisclause 10, from any money due or likely to become due to the Contractor. The payment or deduction of such compensation/damage shallnot relieve the Contractor from his obligation to complete the work or from any of his other obligations/liabilities under the contract and incase of the Contractor’s failure, the work may be ordered to be completed by some other agency at the risk and expense of theContractor, after a minimum three days’ notice been given to the Contractor by the OCCL or his Representative.

4 Safety: While carrying out the work at our site, you shall ensure safety of personnel / property of the Company. In the event of any damage / loss occurred, the
cost thereof as may be ascertained by the Company shall be recovered from you / your Bill/s immediately. You shall be fully responsible for the discipline and
personal character of your personnel during the working at site. You shall be responsible for any losses and damages to person and property engaged deputed at
site by you resulting from any cause whatsoever connected with job work. For this purpose, you shall take necessary Insurance Policy for death or bodily injury as
per the statutory requirement prevailing in the state of U.P.

5 Time is the essence of the work order In case of delay in completion time, the Company shall levy a penalty of 1% per week or part thereof, of ordered value and
the loss suffered by the Company shall be recovered from the contractor. The Company shall also have a right to cancel / terminate / suspend / amend the work
order in this regard.

6 Security Amount: An amount of Rs. /- shall be deposited by you through demand draft or RTGS / NEFT as interest free Security at the time of acceptance of work
order which will be refund by us on successful completion / commissioning of job duly certified by our engineer.

7 The job / services done under the Work Order must confirm to the specifications / design mentioned therein. If the same are found to be defective/not conforming
to the specification, the Company shall have a right to reject the same wholly or partially or require the Contractor to rectify/modify/remove the defect(s) within 7
days without any extra charge failing which the Company shall be entitled to make deductions from the prices at its sole discretion which shall be binding on the
Contractor.

8 The Company reserves the right to change/modify the specifications / design / drawings/Scope of work by giving due intimation to the Contractor / manufacturer

1- All statutory liabilities like Taxes, E.S.I., P.F., will be borne by you.
2. You will be responsible for any mis-happening at site during your work.
3. You shall be solely responsible for payment of wages and other statutory payments to the workmen who may be engaged for the Job and shall also
bear full responsibility for all other claims statutory / non statutory or otherwise that may arise on account of the engagement of the personnel for
attending the Job entrusted upon you, without any reference to the Company.
4. You shall take all safety measures to prevent fire during welding and cutting.
5. You shall provide safety goggles, helmets, earplugs etc. to your persons while working at site.
6. You shall ensure safety of personnel / property of the Company while attending the Job. In the event of any damage / loss occurred, the cost
thereof as may be ascertained by the Company shall be recovered from you / your Bill/s immediately.
7. You shall be fully responsible for all the consequences as may arise on account of accident; injury to the personnel engaged by you in connection
with the Job entrusted upon you and for their discipline and personal character and shall take necessary precaution for their safety.
8. During and until the erection of the Equipments, you shall be responsible for any losses and damages to person and property engaged deputed at
site by you resulting from any cause whatsoever connected with erection work. For this purpose, you shall take necessary Insurance Policy for
death or bodily injury as per the statutory requirement prevailing in the state of U.P.
9. You shall take the Insurance policy with respect to labour and third party losses as per the statutory rule and regulations prevailing in the state of
U.P.
10. You shall be responsible for obtaining license / registration etc. from Government Municipality or other statutory body as well as for payment of
taxes, fees charges etc. for the due fulfillment of the Terms & Conditions of this Job Order and shall abide by all their statutory & non statutory
provisions and regulations of the Company in force.
11. You shall communicate in writing as regards the materials, tools, tackles, drilling machines etc as and when brought in the factory to our
Administration Deptt., ,Electrical Deptt. Stores Deptt and Purchase Deptt. for necessary records. The same shall be allowed to be taken out after
necessary verifications duly certified by our Engineers and completion of the Job.
12. You shall not engage or continue to engage any person objected by the company.
13. You shall ensure safe unloading and proper storage of all materials at site.
14. You shall ensure complete site cleaning after the job is over.
15. All statutory taxes, duties and other levies etc. as applicable, are inclusive in the contract price.
16. Testing and measurements of the jobs carried out, shall be done at site and duly certified by our Engineers.
General Terms & Condition :
You shall indemnify and keep us indemnified against all losses and claims for all injuries or damages or death caused to any person or property
whatsoever, which may arise out of or in consequences of the construction and maintenance of the works to be undertaken by you and all claims,
demands, proceedings, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in respect or in relation thereof.
Damage of Person and Property :
You shall be responsible for the proper behaviors of all the staff, foreman, worker and others employed/hired by you, and shall exercise a proper degree
of control over them and in particular and without prejudice to the said generality, you shall be bound to prohibit and prevent your employees/s from
trespassing or acting in any way detrimental or prejudicial to our interest of the community or of the properties or occupiers of land and properties in the
neighborhood and in the event of such employee so trespassing, you shall be responsible and shall relieve us of all consequent claims or actions for
damages or injury whatsoever. The decision of the Engineer Incharge upon any matter arising under this clause shall be final
You shall be responsible for all the statutory obligations towards your employees. You shall take all steps as may be necessary to comply with various
acts, rules, including but not limited to Workman Compensation Act, PF Act and Bonus Act.
Subordinate staff and There Conduct :
Site Cleaning :
The working site shall be kept clean, free of obstruction for easy access to working site and also from safety point of view. The workers engaged by you
for above job must use all the safety devices. Before handing over the works after successful completion all temporary structure, labour hutment,
scaffolding, rubbish, left over materials, tools and equipments etc., you shall clean the site to entire satisfaction of Owner. If this is not done, the same
shall be got done by us on your behalf and deduct actual expenses from your final bill.
Termination :
Should you deviate any of the terms and conditions of the order and as a consequence thereof any adverse impact is caused to our production activity,
we shall have the right and liberty to terminate this order in totality. In the event, the provision of termination under this order is invoked, the terms and
conditions as agreed upon shall be nullified and in such an event, the advance payment as is released(if any), shall be returned by Demand Draft in
favour of K R PULP AND PAPERS Limited, Payable at Shahjahanpur.
