Smoking is achieved over a smouldering wood chip fire; an ancient wholesome method used for food preservation and curing. The team of Chefs perform all aspects of the smoking process, from salting to filleting, pin boning to slicing; executed by hand, in the most traditional fashion. We fully believe that after years of fine-tuning we have mastered the art of our Smoked Salmon. Our smokehouse has been used to transform meats, cheese, nuts, sea salt and even tea. With Chef Alan’s extensive knowledge, alongside his skilful team, the opportunities to explore this tradition are endless. Our Smoked Salmon is available for you to enjoy at home or as a gift.
