Country: Thailand

Grape: Colombard Vintage: 2014

Pair with: Thai dishes (e.g. spicy papaya salad, grilled pork strips on a skewer), Indian and western dishes.

Tasting notes: similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. Its light to medium body, crisp acidity & aromas of citrus and green apple - medium finish balanced by pure lemon & grapefruit flavours

Grape: Viognier Vintage: 2014

Tasting Notes: an exotic elixir of peach and lychee flavours. Floral and spicy.

Pair with: Good as an aperitif and also with sea food as well as spicy dishes.

Grape: 100% Assyrtiko (Retsina)

Paired with: Pasta w/ lobster, seafood cooked w/ herbs, baked or grilled fatty fish, grilled vegetables, white meat & Mediterranean dishes rich in olive oil.

Tasting Notes: Intense citrus aromas, in a background of vanilla and butter, with botanical notes of rosemary, thyme and ginger. Explosively fruity, with intense minerality, delicate acidity and long aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: Medium - deep ruby color, flowers, red fruits, butter caramel, smoky - oak flavors, soft tannins, excellent balance, luxurious finish

Tasting Notes: Nose - Stewed raspberry, with plum, cranberry & hints of forest floor on the nose. Medium bodied and smooth. Mouth - plum, blackberry, stewed strawberry & red

Tasting Notes: The taste is very attractive, soft, rounded and smooth. The flavor is delicate, slightly bitter, lively, warm, rich, full and dry.
