The origins of coffee would be in a region of Italy and then brought in the Arab world through Egypt and Yemen

TYPES OF COFFEEWe know about 80 varieties of coffee, which is grown for industrial purposes varieties Arabica, Robusta, Liberia and Maragogype. Today coffee is consumed almost every country, is a very important commodity for producers and consumers. Coffee is a major supplier of vitamins Caffeine stimulates the metabolism positively increase adrenaline levels, increased muscle tension and muscle contraction capacity.
