Academy – Food Traceability Training

GS1 Academy provides the industries with various range of training areas tosupport users understand and implement GS1 global standard. To uplifttraceability awareness on food safety, our Food Traceability Trainingwhich is developed based on the Global GTS standard has been startedsince end October 2014 and until now over 60 companies have beentrained for this training.

Recognition– Quality Food Traceability Scheme

The GS1’s GTS has been applied in "Quality Food Traceability Scheme",a scheme launched by GS1 Hong Kong to recognize and reward localenterprises who demonstrate excellence in food traceability practices.

Though a scan of the QR code of the product which storedSGTIN and extended product information, consumer can access the detailsproduct information, track and trace information as well as loyalty campaignsinformation.
