After finishing a law degree and working several jobs I returned to Coffin Bay to manage the family business. I’ve always loved the constant challenge of the environment, as well as nurturing and learning about an iconic shellfish.

At Natural Oysters we base our success on hard work, understanding the farming environment and utilising modern cultivation technology. Having oyster farms in two bays enables increased production and control over husbandry issues faced during seasonal fluctuations.

I want to continue learning about how to grow the best Pacific and Angasi oysters possible. I’m also passionate about increasing consumer awareness of ‘what’ oyster farming entails, leading to greater appreciation of the wonderful live product we supply both domestically and for export.
