About me: My main passion in life is food and wine. Not only eating out but I cook a lot at home. I am up to date on industry knowledge and trends as I enjoy reading industry magazines and attending events where possible. I love travelling and had the great opportunity to visit places such as Asia, Australia and New Zealand. I have also travelled to places closer to home such as most recently taking an amazing trip to Reims, France to learn about Champagne.
