Goal

• Deepened knowledge among different

stakeholders in Sweden about the need for a

transition of the agriculture sector to an approach

based on ecosystem services, biodiversity,

nutrient circulation, local knowledge and cross-

learning.

• Deepened policy dialogue in the Swedish context

that could also have implications on the global

Resilience and agricultural systems in Brazil – a pilot project

Objectives

• Develop and text a methodology to assess the resilience

of agricultural systems (on the ground, existing farms)

• To demonstrate the potential of agricultural systems in

adapting to a context of climate uncertainties

• To assess the potential of agricultural systems in

mitigating the effects of GHG

• To assess the potential of agricultural systems in

protecting biodiversity
