The Meal We All Should Value
Children who grow up with strong family connections are likely to become solid, healthy adults. Make mealtime a priority, If you Can’t eat dinner together, eat breakfast together.
Instead of sitting down together at the table, families often grab what they want when they want it, eat in their rooms or in front of the t.v., or they drive through fast food. In order to make time at least once a week, know everyone’s schedule in advance and plan accordingly, letting everyone know when it is happening.
No electronic devices at the dinner table. This encourages face to face conversations.Parents let your children talk. Have in depth conversations. Talk to your kids, not at them.
