Tofu Noodles
Add tofu with noodles and finely chopped vegetables. Add some spice on it and serve in Chinese style. A perfect dish for all vegans.
Tofu Steaks with Shiitakes
Marinade tofu. Add tofu to pan and cook 3 minutes on each side.Add 1 tablespoon oil. Add bell pepper, carrot, and salt. sauté 3 minutes.
Add garlic, shiitakes and soy sauce. Serve hot.

Fry shallots, ginger, and garlic on heated oil - Add peanut butter, turmeric, cumin, and chili paste - Add tofu, carrots, bell pepper and salt; simmer over medium heat - Cook until carrots gets tender - Garnish and serve with rice.
