Completion of the structural steel on the Munitions Demilitarization Building (MDB)
Completion of the MDB Filter Band Foundation concrete Placement
Delivery of the MDB Filter Band Clean Air Exhaust Stack
Delivery of First-Of-A-Kind Equipment: Rocket Shearer Machine and Munitions Washout System
The workers complete all significant structural steel on the Munitions Demilitarization Building. This milestone makes it possible for continued work on the installation of piping and running cable trays.

National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process is underway
– ACWA is well into the NEPA Environmental Assessment (EA)
– BGCAPP continues to communicate with the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection on the potential permitting process
Pueblo has Finding of No Significant Impact
– No significant environmental impacts to result from installation and operation of Explosive Destruction Technology at Pueblo Chemical Depot
