best external and  internal expertise.

• Approach creates  opportunities for SME’s

The extended One Stop Shop team In the last 6 months, One Stop Shop has:•Put together a team that involves the best in 

international and local skills– Small core team in OSSSIO– Identified SME’s & Contractors with specialist knowledge– Utilised Standing Offer Arrangements and RFQ– Tested new approaches and partnerships– Currently 12 SME contracts within core team – Sharing expertise and findings across team

•Focussed on improvements shaped by customer 

engagement & insight– Customer insight– Co‐design– User experience testing– Analytics

•And working in partnership with all government 

agencies

A new pace• From start up to delivery • In 6 months, created over 40 business 

opportunities– Across ict‐as‐a service, project management, business & data 

analysis, customer Ex,Ux & engagement, communications & 

strategy.

market – Shaping direction & innovation– Assessing solutions– Matching up solutions and agencies– Engaging industry & research bodies eg NICTA
