Learning from this has shaped development of a Team Coaching Model and Training. This was launched last week in Leeds Community with Team Leaders and new Team Coaches learning together and developing plans for team coaching that supports organisational development.

The programme focuses on practice with new team coaches taking up practice immediately. We would like to thank all those who contributed to the organisational programme underpinning the new programme. For further information contact Anthony Owens.

Early Clinical Leadership

We are pleased to announce that Ashridge , one of the leading international Business Schools, will be working with us and partners at The East Riding of Yorkshire CCG, Hull University and HYMS to develop a pilot project for early clinical leaders studying in Hull. The pilot will develop blended multi-disciplinary learning opportunities for future leaders of the health and care system. It is envisaged that students taking traditional vocational routes such as medicine, nursing, social work and psychology will work alongside students from the business school and other departments to develop collective and collaborative leadership skills that will enable them to be system leaders of the future.
