How to enter/review Indian Citizen Welfare Fund (ICWF) Details

1. Visit Consular Users MADAD Online Portal (http://madad.gov.in)2. Login with User ID having Welfare Officer role.

Enter ICWF Details1. Click on ‘ICWF Module’ and open Enter ICWF Details screen2. Enter ICWF details in the specified format sequentially for all past

months (starting ‘Jan 2015’)

Enter ICWF Details(continue..)Click on submit button after filling all the fields and remarks to Submit the data entry (In case all the details are not available, click on ‘Save For Later’

button to save the (partial) data entry done so far).Choose approval workflow functionality is also provided for the case in which DCM/HOM approval not required.

Search/Review ICWF Details1. Log in with User ID having DCM/HOM role.2. Click on ICWF Module and open ‘Search/Review ICWF Details’ screen3. Enter required search criteria to review the data entry (status: Entered) forApproval (status: Approved) or Rejection (status: Rejected) giving due remarksNote:

• Rejected data entry cases need to be corrected by WO• DCM/HOM can also reopen a previously approved data entry for correction

Search/Update ICWF DetailsWelfare Officer users: Open ICWF Module Search/Update ICWFDetails screen and enter required search criteria to fetch the list ofdesired data entry records for their respective Mission/Post.Click View Details button to view the details (and to update thedetails for Rejected/Reopened cases).

Click on View Remarks History link to view the chronological trail of processing remarks entered by WO/DCM/HOM users.

Search ICWF DetailsCPV Users: Open ICWF Module Search ICWF Details screen toview the ICWF Details entered/approved by variousMissions/Posts.
