How Do You Know if Digital Capture is Right for Your Team?

• Police Officers preferred method when inputting information for Felony Conviction cards, Gang Registration Cards, and other forms, is pen-and-paper AND then retyped into the Police System via their laptops (Two Steps).

• Some of these forms, waiting to be typed by clerks, never make it “into the system”.

• The goal is to have Police Officers fill out forms/reports once, without loosing the details, the familiarity of writing with pen and paper provides over keyboard or tablet entry.

How it Works

• The officer “writes” on the paper form using the digital pen. As far as he is concerned it is “business as usual”

• Once the officer “approves” the form, the information is uploaded by his mobile device via a secure network

• The officer’s handwriting is transformed into data!

• This data is easily integrated into other systems and is available to other officers immediately.
